Acne or pimples from bad razor?

Ok i got 2 little pimple like bumps very small one like near my bikini area close to my buttcheek &one like near the vajay lip.the one on butt was going down until i shaved again &the one appeared happen right after i shave. only hurt to touch &after i attempt to pop it but didnt. so didnt squeeze it enough for anything to come out. They dont look like ingrown hairs but its in the area where use to be hair til i shaved that is.im thinking its my razor &i had the same one for awhile. I soaked in epsom salt &they start to go down &feel better. Even just sitting in regualr hot water it goes down.what do u think i kno it could be anything bu is more than likely a razor or herpes? i didnt start getting these til i kept shaving with tuition razor that i had for awhile prolly in a dirty bathroom? thepain is tolerable but does cause alil discomfort
