How to treat newly infected earlobe piercing?

OMG!!! U need to use sea salt soaks! and what ever you do, DO NOT take out the earring with out consulting your piercer or doctor as this can lead to a really serious infection. So just do sea salt soaks 3 time a day and the swelling should go down and conditions would improve!!
