You are doing everything right. If the orbax doesn't bring it under control, your vet may have no other option but to remove the glands. I'd give it at least 10 days before making that decision though, since the other one cleared up. If it does get under control without removing the glands, be sure your vet teaches you how to care for them at home to prevent the problem from recurring.
