How to treat extremely sore calves -- dance tomorrow morning?

I have extremely sore calves from working out yesterday, doing mainly calf exercises. This morning when I woke up I could barely walk and when standing I could barely straighten my leg or stand with my heel down (it hurt too much). It has gotten a little bit better throughout the day, though. Yes, I know all of the basic ways to treat sore muscles (rest, hot bath with epsom salts, massage gently) but are there any great stretches or other things I could do to make my calves feel better? I have a dance camp tomorrow morning from 9:00-12:00 and my teacher makes it pretty intense during the summer. Thank you so much, I appreciate any help!
