Do you think we should put warning labels with pictures of fat people on cookies, McDonald's etc.?

Since cigarettes are a legal product and they are doing that with them, where do we draw the line? Should ranch dressing come with a picture of the old Froth and Slosh ladies? Should my TV come with a warning that I may see Rosie O'Donnell and need protective eyewear? Or should we just trust in personal responsibility?
