Does anyone have a dislike button on facebook ?

i downloaded a facebook skin and it came with a dislike button , but everytime i dislike something , it will dislike it , and than when i close facebook and reopen it , it didnt save the dislike on it , i wonder if anybody has this problem and know how to save it ??
