What do i do about this mess i'm in? he came back after he said move on,he said 'it's over' will he come back?

My boyfriend who lives in England I'm in Ireland didn't treat me very well, he used to turn his phone off on me for weeks at a time so i couldn't contact him and then come back with some excuse how he was immature or he was jealous and he's even jealous about my guy friends on facebook. He tells me he wants me all to himself and I've been told by his sister that he only has one friend and he treats him the same as me i.e. turning his phone off for ages, He has had 10 email addresses in 3 yrs which keep shutting down then old ones reopen, but I don't know if he's reading them. He once emailed me 'move on' which I presumed meant he had broken up with me but 4 months later he rang me again begging me to take him back. He was meant to come here in April but the day before he was due his phone was turned off and I knew he wasn't coming. I texted his sister who told me hes not worth my time, he'll eventually get bored of staying with his parents who he hates and he'll get in touch again and he hates England too, she also said he did want to move here and he does love me. She also said he walked out of his job 6 weeks ago, he never told me that he let on that he was still working, he complained about working nights and he still rang me when he 'woke' after his night shift, and she said Connor wasn't his real name which he also never told me. He told me he was moving here in July and he had bought his flight ticket, I got a text 1 week ago, 'it's over' and of course the number was disconnected. I don't know what to do anymore, will he get in touch again? will he come over? why did he lie? will he contact me when he gets bored? is 'it's over' the same as 'move on'?
