I need to know 100% for sure if you can legally move out at 17.?

I need to know 100% for sure if you can legally move out at 17 without being forced back with your parents. I've heard way too many different answers and I need a definite one. I don't wanna go through all of this emancipation crap, I just wanna leave. I don't want to cause any trouble. I'm ready to move on and take responsibility for my own actions. I have a job and am enrolled in college for this coming up semester. My dad however is not wanting to let me leave. My mom has no objection, and is even willing to sign the papers for my boyfriend and I to get married. My dad is sometimes very mentally abusive, but I don't want him to be charged with anything and I don't want to tell the police that. I love him very much, I just can't take this anymore. I've talked to a few different local Caddo Parish officers and they have all told me different things. Is there any way I can have only my mom sign emancipation or marriage documents? They're not divorced or legally separated. They're still together. Sorry, I know this is a lot, but I need some answers.
