Can epsom salt and soapy water get rid of termites?

Yes, you can use it to kill individual termites and maybe even a whole colony of drywood termites (tiny colonies in individual bits of wood) BUT it won't get the ones you can't see or don't know about. Structure-eating termites are almost never a good DIY project. At least get a professional to tell you what's there and what can be done.
