I assume you mean an investigation should be reopened. No, not without new evidence, and with the passage of time it's become pretty unlikely that someone will come forward with a deathbed confession and evidence to back it up, or leave behind a written one with convincing evidence. At this point it appears that we will never know who was responsible. We'll just have some flawed or downright ******** theories about it.
