Epsom 125 printer doesn't recognized it's own ink cartridge. What's up ? It lasted through only the first set.?

It actually lasted through only the first set of cartridges. I only needed the cyan and I replace all. Only the cyan isn't recognized. Anybody know what's going on ? At this point, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING WITH THE EPSOM NAME ON IT.
