HELP!!! HELP!!! HELP!!!!?

İ have a troubled toe that has an ingrown nail and i messed around with it last night trying to get it out because it was hurting. But now its alot worse and the pain is unbearable it hurts soooooo bad i cant sleep ive soaked in epsom salk uve tried to put a small cotton bw the skin and nail to releave pressure and i took 2 oxycodones because i cant take the pain its absolutely killing me i called the podiatrist and they wont schedule me till 3 weeks from now and the urgent care is closed bc its 430 in the morning and its kind of stupid to go to the er for this and plus they make you wait soo long!!!!!! Somebody please help what should i do!!!!!!!!???????
