Help with the Sims3 on a Mac!!!?

Hey so, I opened the Launcher on my Sims(went to internet)... and I dont knoe how to reopen it(get back to the game) without closing whats open and restarting.... cause i didn't save before i opened the launcher sooo..... What do i do?????
