How do you get a crick out of your neck?

Sorry it is so long I just have a lot to explain. This crick has been in my neck for 2 days now. I woke up Fine, then on the way to school i looked to the right then looked straight again the looked to the right again and it hurt soooo bad. It hurt so bad i couldn't have my head turned straight, i had to have it turned slightly to the left!! I couldn't look down, up, or right. I felt on my neck and there was a BIG knot in it and i massaged it and it didn't help. the knot was the size of a bouncy ball. then i got my water and put it on my neck and after i took it off i could turn my head straight again. but every little movement i did to the right it hurt really bad! it hurt so bad i almost started crying and i never cry! today it is a little better but i still cant turn my head to the right. last night i tried everything. I tried a heating pad, ice, i soaked in epsom salt, massaging it, and doing neck exercises. Please Please help me!!! I want it to go away. I am soo miserable and I have a volleyball tournament this weekend and I really want to play in it!!
