I keep getting the AIM logged in from 2 locations IM. Does this mean I'm hacked?

I was really panicked at first and changed my password, but two days later it happened again. I usually don't sign off from my laptop; I instead just close the laptop. When I reopen the laptop, AIM automatically signs on and I get the message. Could this be causing the problem, or is my computer susceptible to hacking?
