Legal issues with starting prisoner penpal website in Australia?

there are a few prisoner penpals websites in the U.S and I want to start one in Australia, what are the legal issues I have to consider? I have looked at the U.S versions disclaimers regarding not taking responsibility etc. what else is there? as I cannot afford to hire a solicitor
