Light Bleeding & Small Blood Clots What's it mean?

Well everyone this is part 3 of my question on my digestive system, here's a recap for those who don't know what's been my problem Well apparently on father's day i ate a small piece of cake i made and the piece wasn't no bigger than my pinky & my stomach started hurting it wasn't a severe stomach pain it was very light and the it stopped then that night the pain came back but this time it was in my lower abdominal, Next.... Monday i woke up with the pain still there so i drank some coffee hoping that i would use the restroom but that didn't work then i pain just stopped again and when my & my boyfriend started to have sex it felt so good but when we were done that same pain came back but it was 10 times worse it lasted for about 30 min until it stopped then i came to the conclusion that i might be constipated so i took some stool softeners and waited for my morning Coffee the next day When it was time to drink coffee i still didn't go to the restroom so later that day i drank some epsom salt (ewww) and waited again still nothing then that night i took another stool softener and so now this morning i had a bowel movement but the problem is i was having light bleed and blood clots coming from my Vagina is this something bad? im sorry i wrote so much but i always get my first opinion from yahoo answers :)
