My Dog cut her paw...?

we think she stepped on some glass yesterday, it sliced a small piece off her pad. We have checked all her nails she didnt rip any off, there is a small chip in one, but it didnt cut to the quick. We washed it in epsom salts and then bandaged it with gauze and polysporin as was recommended by the vet, but every time she goes outside she A) pulls off the bandage, and B) the cut starts to bleed a little bit again. Kind of like when you open a healed cut on the bottom of your foot. she doesnt favour it, and she doesnt whimper when I touch or clean it (except once when I applied a little bit too much pressure I think. Is there a way to get her to leave the bandage on? or to stop the cut from re-opening? Any suggestions (other than go to the vet as this is not an option at the moment) would be greatly appreciated
