OLTL: Who else was proud of Tea' today?

for both standing up to Todd and for taking responsibilty for dropping the ball as a co-parent. People never give credit to step parents in real life so it's not surprising that it happens on the soaps. A step parent may not have any rights legally but if a child is living in their home, I believe they have degree of responsibility, especially they also have children with someone. Do you parent step/half siblings differently simply because you are not the biological parent? Todd, Blair and tea' all share the responsibility of not know what is going on with their children. Both Blair and tea' seem to know what's going on with each others daughters than the actual children they gave birth to.
