Problem with Runescape?

I try to go on to http://www.runescape.com/game.ws?j=1 (thats the adress that lets you log into the game) and it says: A problem with this webpage cause internet explorer to close and reopen this tab. It does that about 5 times then says:We were unable to return you to runescape.com.Internet Explorer has stopped trying to restore this website. It appears that the website continues to have a problem. i have recentley doenloaded Internet Explorer 9 ( im pretty sure its 9, i got it on the 22nd of June) It also happens on someother sites. But i can get on runescape on the administrator user.Thanks, hope thts enough info =)
