First, most emancipation require the consent of parents. Secondly, it will take months to complete the process, and you will likely be 18 before it is over. So you will waste the lawyer fees. Otherwise you can be proud of the fact that you have taken responsibility for yourself and you are on your way to being a productive adult. I wish more young folks had your attitude.
