How long is this going to take?

Last year, almost a year to date, i had a Batholon Cyst on my vagina. I went to the doctor and he told me to soak in Epsom Salt 2 a day for 3 days to see if it would rupture other wise i would have to go the hospital again to get it drained. Lucky enough it did rupture but after when i went to the gyno for my yearly exam she told me that it could be a re accuring thing. So now yippy for me i have another one! (yes im being sarcastic lol) okay but anyway this time ive been doing the soaks 2 a day and it hasnt been getting bigger but it hasnt gone away. Should i wait to see if it ruptures or what should i do because right now i dont have insurance to have another hospital stay+ a draining. Help please and thank you :)
